Grant of Licence
Edward W. Richards grants to you on the receipt of a licence fee as set out. The right to use one copy of the software contained on the supplied compact disk (CD), on a single terminal connected to a single computer.

This software, data & instructions for its use is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Edward W. Richards disclaims all or implied warranties without limitation of any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Entire risk arising out of use or performance of the software and data therein including any documentation remains with you.
In no event shall Edward W. Richards, or anyone else involved in the creation, production or delivery of the software be liable for any damages whatsoever, (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruptions, loss of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software or documentation. even if Edward W. Richards has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Copyright
The software is owned by Edward W. Richards. and is protected by copyright laws and by international treaty provisions.
Therefore you must treat the software like any other copyright material, except that you may
Make one copy of the software for backup or archival purpose, and
Install one copy of the software to a single hard disk in a single computer with a single monitor for use, provided you keep the original and copy in a safe place.
Other restrictions
You may not Loan, give, transfer, rent, lease, reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the software.
You must register the installation of the software.
The software and documentation are provided with restricted rights.
Acceptance of conditions
By breaking the seal on the CD supplied you are accepting the licence terms of Edward W. Richards. If you do not accept the terms of the licensing agreement you should promptly return the product for a refund. A refund of the licence fee will only be considered if the seal/s, CD and packaging are unbroken and undamaged.
